Consumers Rights Protection Club of Daugavpils was established on 30 September 1999 as a non-governmental consumer rights protection organisation.

The Head of the Club is Mr. Edmunds Papss.

The organisation concentrates on investigation of public utilities/energy supply market and provides consumers with information about energy efficiency, comparative prices of goods and services etc.

The Club regularly provides consumers with consultations and deals with consumers' complaints and proposals.
